All About MADD CNC

MADD CNC was founded in 2021. We are a small machine shop that excels in quick turn around custom CNC milling and grinding. Being a young company, we are excited to think outside the box to deliver our customers the best parts while offering cost savings through creative work processes. 

• Services we offer:
• CNC milling- 3 axis platform with a 20x20x6.5 inch work piece envelope. 4th access in progress. Materials machines are as follows; aluminum, steel carbide, plastic, brass, copper, wood, and composite.
• CNC engraving- up to 20x20 inch single piece capacity.
• CNC cylindrical grinding- Diameters of .030 inch up to 1.5 inch with a max length of up to 12 inches
• CNC form cutter and custom drill grinding-  Diameters between .030  inch up to 1.5 inch with a length of up to 12 inches.
• Design Services- We will gather your ideas and information for parts needed by you to create technical drawings within tolerance. We will send this to you and discuss any feedback or revision to meet your unique needs.
• Production quoting- Either supplied by you or created by our team, we can take your drawing or 3D model of a part and provide projected pricing and lead times on your desired part.
• Post operations Offered in house- Deburring, polishing, and sand blasting. 
• 3rd party post operations- Heat treatment and coating. Please note that 3rd party operations will add lead time.
